Let's raise a glass and drink to your beauty!
If you want ageless, glowing skin that resists aging and wrinkles, it's time to realize that you are what you drink.
By now, we know to put down the chemically created drinks and opt for something healthy. But what? Some of us worry that juices are high in calories and sugar, which just seems to leave water as an alternative.
Author Tammy Stokes has the answers. In fact, there are certain books that change the way you live your life on a daily basis. From the start, I fell in love with Tammy Stokes book 'Live Your Healthiest Life: A West Coast Approach to Balanced Living."
It's a must read for summer because not only does the book help you drop the pounds, but it also makes your energy levels soar while you're actually helping to de-age your skin. Drink for beauty? I'm in.
It's not just that Tammy is sensible, but she has recipes that don't scream "diet." They're delicious, plus they have a sneaky way of making you get rid of what you know is bad for you in your diet and crave what's actually a healthy bonanza for you.
Now that summer is officially here, it's time to make your skin glow.
