WHAT DO YOU KNOW NOW THAT YOU DIDN'T KNOW IN YOUR '20s and '30s?

"Here is what I know now.

"I had my freak out at 40. I got through that and thought how absurd it was.

"I do think I'll be much better off when I hit 50.

"What I know now is that I'm listening to this idea that you will never look better than you do right now. Why beat yourself up right now when there is nothing you can do."

"Understand that you don't have to look a certain way. You just have to look good for your age. You don't have to look 20. You just have to look the best 45 or 50 you can look. This really takes the pressure off."

Wow, how profound. I'm glad this isn't another superficial celebrity article about appearance.

You misspelled her name in every instance. That's disrespectful.
