Jenna Elfman, 41, is growing out her short blonde hair (which I thought was one of the best short haircuts for older women) and now it's a bob. What do you think?

I guess I have become something of a Jenna Elfman hair fan.

After all, I've spent the past few years wearing my hair just like she has — in one of the best short haircuts for older women — in the Before pic.

But in a recent photo, I see that Jenna is growing out her short blonde hair. It's now a blonde bob.

And I'm not sure how I feel about it.

This was probably one of my all-time favorite blonde haircuts to wear myself. It was long enough so that I had some hair in the front and didn't feel scalped .

The funny thing is that I'm growing out my own hair; it's about as long as Jenna's right now.

Jenna's co-opted hairstyle was not one of the easier haircuts for me to grow out.

New York salon owner Patrick Melville had warned me that pixies and other short styles — with the exception of short bobs — were difficult to grow out.

What do you think about Jenna's hair? Do you like it better shorter or longer?

My goodness! Calling a 41-year old "an older women?" She is in the prime of her life! She is not even middle aged!
