The thing that makes this look work so well is that the proportion is perfect: it's strapless to show off her upper body, but long enough to keep it from looking too bare.
This sexy dress has a great shape to accentuate Allison Janney's curves; it's sweet (thanks to the floral print) but a little edgy (details like a tulle trim on the bodice give it a little edge.)
