Twinsets. Pantsuits. Matching bag and shoes.

Are you guilty of these matchy-matchy looks?

If so, they may be aging you.

Instead of opting for matched sets, the more modern approach is to mix things up a little to give yourself a fresher look.

Take the twinset, for example. Instead of wearing a matched twinset and a pearl necklace, pop on something more casual under the cardgian like a white tee.

And instead of wearing a black pantsuit with the jacket and pants together, instead mix the black jacket with dark jeans for a look that's younger but still pulled together.

But the one thing that many women our age haven't given up yet is matching their bags to their shoes.

If you're not comfortable mixing a black bag with brown shoes, then think about introducing a brightly colored bag to wake up your outfit.
