Rita Wilson: Bangs or No Bangs?

Everything changed in just one day when Rita Wilson, the wife of Tom Hanks, added bangs to her hairstyle. On February 10, she had long, middle-parted hair; by February 11, Rita Wilson had long, sexy bangs.

The 55-year-old actress is known for her amazingly gorgeous hair (she made our list of Best Long Hair Over 40) and Rita Wilson likes to wear it in everything from romantic buns to beachy waves.

Bangs are such a face-changer that they often make just as much news as going from long to short hair. Check out the transformation when Julianne Moore added long bangs.

And while bangs can be great for hiding forehead wrinkles, they can also make you look younger by bringing the focus to the eyes, like they do in Rita Wilson's case.
