I love large purses because they are a great way to carry around both beauty and tech essentials. But I also like the look of a luxury bag.
So Dooney & Bourke's new Montecatini Diamond Shopper caught my eye.
It has all of the size you'd expect from an oversized bag (17.5 X 8.5 X 13.5) but it was the unique silhouette that I really loved. Instead of a traditional rectangle shape, this new bag has a pleat-like effect, which gives it some softness.
The leather is a Tuscan leather than has been tumbled in the tanning process to give it a soft, supple feel. The bag comes in three color ways (I love the brown leather handbag the best): Bark, Black and Forest.
The price of $525 makes this bag an investment, but still a bargain compared to the price tags of some luxury bags. Dooney & Bourke has a unique program called "Easy Pay" which lets you pay for an item over $350 in three payments (see the site for complete information.)
