Sheila Kelley says yes.

Sheila is widely regarded as an authority on female empowerment as she helps women find their beauty, potential and power.

She recently launched a new campaign called "Redefining Sexy: Believe in Your Beauty" which aims to redefine the terms "sexy" and "beauty" through a series of videos about real women.

"My program S Factor engages you physically, emotionally and soulfully, she says. "It's for all ages. And it's an incredibly personalized journey into who you are as a full woman.

"What I do every single day connects me to my feminine body and emotions. It makes me feel beautiful," says Sheila.

She's happy to reveal her beauty exercises, ways to relieve stress and a little relaxation therapy that she practices.

THE BEAUTY EXERCISES AND WAYS TO RELIEVE STRESS

Exercise 1 -Sheila says her beauty exercises begin the moment she wakes up. Try this:

"The minute you wake up, roll onto your back and take a big inhale," she says. "Arch your belly and chest up to the sky. This strengthens your body and now you're awake and open."

Exercise 2-  "Roll out of bed and do a hip circle. Take them slowly at first and then speed them up," she advises. "This is a way to turn up your spinal feminine energy."

"Those hip circles will bring blood flow throughout your body. And they will motivate you to move all day long," she says.  If you start your day with movement, your body will want to keep moving."

Exercise 3 –"Eat a raw breakfast that will leave you full of energy," says Sheila who recommends eating a Chia fruit bowl. (It's a cereal that you get at Whole Foods.)

Take half a cup of Chia and pour in almond milk. Dice up some pears, kiwi apples and toss in a few chopped Brazil nuts, add a few cashews and a little agave syrup for sweetness.

Sheila advises: "Skip the coffee and sip green tea."

Exercise 4 – "Throughout the day, practice the art of touch," Sheila says. "Touch your arm, your knee, your feet, your stomach. You want to be aware of your body. Your body is beautiful," she says. "Let the heat and warmth of your hands heat up the spot.

"Your body should be treated like a gifted child," she says. "It's not a building or a machine. She is a living, breathing, vulnerable creature who should be made to feel beautiful."

Exercise 5 – Think before you eat. "If you abused an animal, it won't feel loved. It's the same with your body. Don't abuse it," she says. "This means stop ignoring the bad food you put into your body. Or the cigarette smoke. Or all those cups of coffee. Stop abusing your body."

Exercise 6 – Keep moving throughout the day. "Another way to abuse your body is to remain lethargic," she says. "Take a walk. Do whatever you can to move. What starts in movement stays in movement."

Exercise 7 – End your day beautifully. "This is time to do a beauty routine, but I don't mean just putting on some cream from a jar," Sheila says. "I end my day with a bath and add beautiful oils. Find a body scrub you adore and scrub away the day. Make sure that you have a gorgeous aroma near your bath. Light a candle that smells delicious.

"Once you're out of the bath, use your favorite oil on your skin," she says. "I have really long hair and so does my daughter. We'll end the day by brushing each other's hair very slow.

"There's no better way to end the day with the joy of love. That's what makes me feel beautiful," she says.
