WHAT DO YOU KNOW NOW THAT YOU DIDN'T KNOW IN YOUR 20s or 30s?

"I'll be 78 next week. I'm shocked at that number. I don't feel 78. Honestly, I feel about 50.
"So what do I know now that I didn't know at 20? I know that the number doesn't matter. It's the number you feel. Also, I do have a sense that I have some wisdom now. It's good to be wise. It sure beats being clueless.
"I also know that the ONLY thing in life I can't do is a full Jane Fonda workout. That's crazy anyways. But I used to be able to do hours and hours of physical dancing and working out. Now, I only do a part of that workout and it's fine. I know now that it's also fine to give yourself a break."
"I do know that I'll never be able to understand why I can't do the full workout anymore. My mind feels like I can do anything, which is wonderful.
"What else do I know about getting older? I do love the fact that people help me out of cars. It's not that I can't do it. I could jump out of that car. But someone is always rushing to my side and I love it because basically I'm an elitist!"
"One last thing that I know now. I haven't planned a damn thing ever in my life. Guess what? It worked out great. I wouldn't know how to plan. I wouldn't have a clue. I know that you can basically live in the moment, which is what I do.
"And finally, I know that it's fine to live a life unfiltered. I don't think about the consequences of what I do.
"That's just me."
