Steven Spielberg knows it's A-OK to worry...at any age.

WHAT DO YOU KNOW NOW THAT YOU DIDN'T KNOW IN YOUR '20s and '30s?

STEVEN SPIELBERG, Legendary director of "War Horse" and "Tintin"...and the guy who gave us "Jaws" and "E.T."

"I know that it helps in life to have shpillkes.

"In other words, I know now that your nerves keep you human. I'm someone who still struggles with doubt - and I know this is fine. When I make a movie, I sweat everything. I sweat the script. I sweat the cut. I sweat the box office reception. What I know now is that's great.

"You can never rest on your laurels. Let me make it clear that I sweat much more making a movie than I ever do on that treadmill I keep in another room."

"I also know that my kids keep me young and hip. Without my kids, I'd be a real…."

"I should say, I wouldn't be as current.

"My kids come to me with music or tell me I must watch something they've seen on TV. I'd never watch some of these things without their guidance. They also talk to me about new ways of turning the English language.

Or should I say new ways of corrupting the English language. So you should listen to your kids."
