Emma Thompson has joined with her pledge sisters Kate Winslet (actually Kate started it) and Rachel Weisz never to have plastic surgery or cosmetic work, meaning no Botox and such.
And they are asking other women to join them. There are upsides & downsides to this strong statement as Dr. Vivian Diller (whose book we covered here) discusses in a thoughtful article on Huffington Post. But you have to applaud them for taking the stand, especially in their profession.
