4. Hem or Roll Up Your Pants

One simple way to update your existing black pants is to hem them to approximately ankle length. This new cropped pant works best with a slim (not wide-leg) pair of pants and is meant to show off shoes like Lorraine Bracco's cropped pair. Another option is to roll up the legs of jeans (again, slimmer fits) to show off high heels, oxfords or other shoes.
