"Michelle, in my opinion...is .the most underestimated, sexiest blonde who continually gives exciting color...without even trying," says colorist Rick Wellman of the Patrick Melville salon in New York.

"I call this color her "organic" dirty blonde," Rick says of 53-year-old Michelle Pfeiffer. "She appears as if she were born with it and probably was."

Get Michelle Pfeiffer's Blonde: Rick says to request new technology such as Organic Color and Highlights with no ammonia. He also says "Reinforce and seal with a glaze for ultimate light reflection which imitates youthfulness." "Think- 'less is more'," Rick says. "Brown, blue or green eyes can pull this look off when done gently."Rick's final advice: "Don't let anyone tell you that you have to cut your hair off after 40!"
