2. Overindulging

Why overindulging makes you look older: Does that fudge go straight to your hips? More like straight to your age. Extra weight – especially around your middle – can make you look frumpier (and older.) A good way to deal with weight gain without starving yourself during the holidays is to use shapewear. A camisole shaper is a great way to hide middle-aged spread until you can restart your resolutions in the New Year.
