Am I out of line to suggest that the Secretary of State could use a wardrobe makeover? Absolutely. Does she? You betcha. I'd make Barbra Streisand lose the granny glasses, Adrienne Maloof ditch the '80s duds, Hillary Clinton toss the headbands and pantsuits, Helena Bonham Carter find something that doesn't look like she stole it from a 19th century movie set and I'd even help Melinda Gates (Bill's wife) dress like the rich lady she is. 1. Barbra Streisand

Love Barbra. Hate the clothes. Especially the Beatnik look she gets with berets and granny glasses. Barbra Streisand's face and hair still look fab (especially when she wears it straightened), so I'm not sure why she keeps choosing such hideous clothes. I'd dress Barbra up in something that still covered up, but less baggy (baggy layers make you look heavier, not slimmer.) I'd put her in something like a turtleneck tunic paired with a long vest and slim pants with some knockout shoes (can't you see Babs in tall suede boots?)
