9 Grown-Up Fashion Week Looks

Mercedes Benz Fashion Week for Spring 2012 had its usual cast of characters: fashion editors, bloggers, stylists, media and buyers. That also meant that Fashion Week had more than its fair share of people who dress crazy. Like, man-in-red-tutu-and-fascinator-hat-crazy. But beyond the outlandish outfits and sea of 20-something bloggers who bring new meaning to the word mix-and-match (mostly mix), there were some grown-ups fashionistas who really got it right.

4. Diane von Furstenberg in Shift

What to wear when you're working? Designer Diane von Furstenberg took a stroll down the runway after her collection was shown in a pretty print (she is known as the queen of Prints) shift. This is a great dress for our age group because it hides figure flaws but still looks effortless chic.
