Annette Bening, on the left at the Golden Globes, transformed from dark to light for the SAG Awards on the right. The hair got combed and coiffed, and the dress went from black puffs to shimmering silvery-white paillettes and sequins in a draped column that skimmed hips, gathering under the bust and dropping into a Jane Austen-like drape that covers the midsection. The boat-neck flatters her gorgeous collarbone and and sleeveless style spotlights her slender arms. Even the back was beautifully detailed. Red traveled from nails to lips in a welcome migration and sans spectacles, Bening positively beamed.
