Her stylist has also mixed long straight bangs with long waves for an overall soft effect. I can't imagine that Jill is over 40—unless she's had a lot of plastic surgery and/or air-brushing of photo. PLEASE, have some respect for those of us who don't have those resources! (from a 60+ yo with a master's degree!)
