Remember when Madonna had a normal-looking and somewhat thin face to fit her toned body? That was (left) way back in 2004 before the massive cheekbones appeared like in this (right) 2010 photo. What's so disturbing is that if Madonna's mega-millions can't buy good plastic surgery, what hope do the rest of us have?
