For Carole Middleton, it's definitely her daughter Kate (and lately Pippa, too) who are firmly fixed in the limelight. But she handles the reflected glory with ease and grace. And obviously she had quite a lot to do with equipping her daughter with poise, style, common sense and the serenity fit for a princess.
