SHEER: Down nearly every red carpet this season, sheer paneling has been a huge hit and subtly suggests a bit of sultry.
TOSS: Rachael Ray's plunging sheer panel is dark, making her bodice and torso look boxy. She'd be better without the sheer. Revealing an actual plunging neckline would open up her chest and balance a short neck.
WEAR: Bethenny Frankel shows how sheer fabric can be used to tastefully extend a dress...upward over the décolletage and downward to lengthen a short hemline without sacrificing sexiness.
