Short Blonde Haircuts Over 40

WEAR: Ellen DeGeneres (left, 54) has looked radiant with a short do for a long time, though recently her bangs are a bit longer nearly creating a flip and she's gone blonder with time: a chic style.

TOSS: Martha Plimpton (right, 41) has cut her bangs shorter which really prounces a square face: the longer, wispy bangs looked better. Also the color is definitely dirty blonde, and I think she'd benefit from lighter highlights to match her plucky personality.

If Jean Smart was born in 59, she is 53, not 60, I was born in 52 and I'm 60... don't make someone older than they are.
