Ginny's Picks: Head & Eyelids, Nails & Toes

This week's picks remind me of that children's song: Head and shoulders, knees and toes, Knees and toes. It's not a perfect match for these 5 items (nothing for knees specifically, unless of course you count the soap), but both will hopefully bring a smile to your face while solving a few beauty challenges for you as well.

Nailing the Problem

I've covered the cuticle problem before. As we age, skin gets drier, and cuticles already prone to dryness and hangnails get worse. Enter GoNails, formulated by dermatologist Dr. Neil Sadick.

GoNails is made with keratin, collagen, jojoba and a host of other beneficial ingredients to repair damaged nails and help them grow longer and stronger, while preventing discoloration, brittleness or breakage. But I have to say, I felt almost immediate relief on my cuticles. And very quick repair of them, which continued while I used it (they're inclined to return to their sorry state when I forget). My nails seem to be getting stronger too; I'm monitoring that. Mine are prone to breakage more than anything else — too much typing, but that's true for almost everyone nowadays.

Good for fingers and toes; you can even apply it over polish.
