Real Housewives of New York Fashion Evolution

Season 4 of The Real Housewives of New York started April 7 on Bravo, and all of our favorite girls (sadly minus Bethenny Frankel who got a hubby, baby and her own show) are back. Remember when we first met our fabulous NY ladies? Ramona was wearing tiny minis, Jill was nowhere near the sleek sexpot she is today and The Countess was still dressing like a lady who lunches. Even glamourpuss Sonja Morgan has upped the "wow" in her wardrobe. See how far they have come, stylewise.

Ramona Singer: From Too Sexy to Just Right

About Ramona Singer: The oldest of the group, at 54, Ramona is the married mom of one who owns her own jobbing business. She says at the beginning of each episode: " I like making my own money; I find that an aphrodisiac."

Ramona Singer's Makeunder: In the early days of the show, Ramona's miniskirt-wearing ways seem to mortify her young daughter. The question became not whether or not you could still rock a mini, but whether or not you should. In recent months, Ramona's shown off a chicer, more toned down style that's plenty sexy, but more age-appropriate than Day-glo short skirts.
