Another singer, Pink, got into the gray. But the first young gray lady chanteuse, as Anne Kreamer pointed out in a Time Magazine article on going gray, was "Emmylou Harris, the [63]-year-old country-rock singer, who has worn her hair gray since her 30s." Kreamer also says it was easier for her to get a date with her natural gray hair — because men want you to be authentic...

So, does that mean the young grays are going for "authenticity" or are they having a tough time getting dates?
