Madonna's pizza face

Sure, it's Madonna eating pizza. But it's for show (The David Letterman Show in fact). We all know the soon-to-be 52-year-old works out 107 hours a day and is rigorous about her eating regimen (800 calories a day...ouch).

I always get exhausted when I read an article about celebrities' slimming regimens. They  seem complicated, time-consuming, and almost always involve an expensive personal trainer. So I keep track of the small stuff, little doable tips that could actually be incorporated into my routine (or lack of one). So if Paolo or Rodolfo or Shelly-spelled-Pschylleeeee can't come over with a portable treadmill to work me out for 12 hours because I don't have the time in my schedule, I still have the possibility of averting a calorie or two.
